Condo presales

Asian Property Development will launch its latest condominium project, Life @ Lat Phrao 18, by offering discounts of up to Bt200,000 and zero interest on down payments made via Siam Commercial Bank credit cards.

Senior vice president Visanu Suchatlumpong said the first phase of Life @ Lat Phrao 18 would have 457 units worth Bt1.5 billion. Presales will open on Saturday, with prices starting at Bt2.63 million a unit.

“We believe demand for residential properties has now recovered. The company recorded presales of Bt5.2 billion in the first half of the year, meeting our target,” he said.
