Ocean aims to make a splash

Ocean Property is aiming to make a splash with its latest residential project, the O2 Hip Condominium located on Ploenchit Road in the centre of Bangkok.

O2 Hip is a ready-to-move-in project, with the market value of THB500 million (US$15.4 million). Located 200 metres from Ploenchit BTS station, the property sits on a 289 sq wah plot of land and offers 48 units with two different unit types, one- and two-bedroom. Prices start from THB4.7 million (US$144,900) per unit.

Designed with a concept that combines contemporary and minimalism styles, the project comes with full amenities including a lobby, a double storey underground parking, a rooftop garden and swimming pool, as well as a 24-hour security system. The targets of this project are working people aged between 35- and 40-years-old.

Supatra Angkawinijwong, Acting Managing Director of Ocean Property said that any purchases made before June 30th would be eligible for a reduction of mortgage fees from 1.0 per cent to 0.01 per cent, and asset transfer fees from 2.0 per cent to 0.01 per cent. This is due to the government’s approval for the extension of tax incentive measures to stimulate the property sector, which will expire by the end of the month.
