State of Play of 37 Phuket Development Projects

TWO OF 39 projects for Phuket have ceased development plans. They were Karon Heights Residence (15 plots) and a five-storey building intended to contain 79 rooms on Chaofa East Road.

Another 37 projects are seeking approval. Here is what the governor’s review panel decided:
